Im coming in tomorrow to hopefully sort out traded in my perfectly working s20 ultra for Google pixel 6 dude said I wouldn't have any charges phone was mine. He didn't tell me it took 3 bill cycles or I'd have to keep paying for service I wanted to end my service with atnt cause they cost 100 bucks a month for a dumb phone service now I can't because then I'd have to pay for phone. bad service, I want to buy a new phone, make changes to my account and they have no answer, I ask to speak with the manager and he doesn't have time, he's always busy, I'm upset, because it's not the first time I've come, and I waste my time,
