I had nothing but drop calls my first month so I switched plans. They have poor 4g and their 5g service is limited in general because 5g is still in its infancy stages. Their customer service was good, but they couldn't resolve the drop calls.

Eduardo was beyond fantastic ! He was patient and professional and super efficient. He spent a very long time working through multitudes of issues (sprint side) and used all of his tools to help me. He was a top notch rep! Its rare to come across individuals these days that are persistent in helping others! At this point he probably knows my # from typing it in so many times! THANK you Eduardo! You were fantastic!
