Wow! What a proactive and fabulous service. Luis was the best offering solutions because the camera of my phone got scratched when the glass broke and did all possible cleaning the lens. The Swetest, mindful and generous, I totally recommend Luis service. His customer service is outstanding!!

Dropped my phone and was digging around places to get the screen fixed — landed on iPhone Repair and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I got an appointment pretty much instantly and Luis brought the repair to me. It was practically 60% less than what apple was quoting and my phone is finally up and running again. The whole experience was incredibly stress-free especially considering the circumstances. Hopefully I don’t break my phone again but if I do, I will absolutely be calling here again. Luis is a very cool person and really great and efficient at what they’re doing.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE: Used service to fix a broken charging port. First, the tech was 20 mins late, it wasn't a big deal, but I had plans so as long as he was done in an hour as stated, it was fine. He took and hour and 30mins. I had to keep reaching out to check in. When he gave me my phone he said the charging port wasn't registering a charge but it should work. It didn't. On top of that my phone is now shutting off and on at irregular intervals to where I can barely use it. Customer service still hasn't gotten me a solution. The quick fix service is apparently not quick and they cause more problems than they fix. UPDATE: Company reached out. I requested a different tech to fix my phone from the initial issues. Sacramento manager called and started getting aggressive with me over the phone when he did have a solution to help me fix my phone. I had to hang up because he told me I "wasn't living in the real world" I just want my phone fixed?? UPDATE: As you can see by the response below, no solutions just blame. Good luck!

5 stars! Luis is the best. He is so patient and accommodating and great at what he does. Apple couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my iPhone 12 and that I’d need to buy a new phone out of warranty. Luis managed to determine what was wrong and fix it for far less than what it would have costed to buy a new phone- so impressed and would recommend his services to anyone!

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

iPhone Repair SF | Aug 25, 2021

In order to limit the number of people in our small shop during the COVID19 Health Crisis we are only open by appointment. We are not currently accepting walk-ins. You must wear a facemask to your appointment, inside our building, in the waiting area and in our shop. You will be refused service if you arrive without a face mask. Other steps we are taking to help keep you safer during your visit: Our staff wears facemarks. We keep all of windows open in our shop and have cross ventilation. We clean and disinfect surfaces between customers. We ask each customer to touch as few things as possible during their visit. We have a stylus for signing our iPad during the sales transaction and then clean the stylus after each use so you don't have to touch the screen to sign. We clean your phone when you drop it off and at the end of the repair with disinfectant. Please note that you will have to touch the outer gate, door and intercom system to enter the building

Repairing the back of phones like the 8, 8 Plus, X, XS, XR is like building a new phone. It's an overnight repair that requires a special order. The repair is $200. Please note that the new back does not say "iPhone" on the back. Please call us directly if you are interested in this repair.

what is the. cost of a new screen for an I-pad

Hi Frank. iPhone and iPad repair prices vary by model. If you look at the back of your iPad or in settings, you'll find a model number that starts with A and then has 4 digits like A1437 for example. You then google that model number to get the common model name for you iPad such as iPad Air 1, iPad Pro, etc. You can then find up to date pricing on our website http://www.iphonerepairsf.com/repair-services/

I lost my original iPhone 6 Plus that was replaced by Verizon for a fee. They told me it was a new phone but turns out it was refurbished and had a battery change at some point which disqualifies an Apple replacement. Battery replacement cost?

Ed Varga | Aug 26, 2019

Hello! We keep all of our repairs and pricing up to date on our website. If you have pricing questions please visit www.iphonerepairsf.com. Or give us a quick call. Because prices change as the wholesale cost of replacement parts change we prefer not to post pricing on responses to public questions because the information can become out of date and inaccurate regularly. Thanks!

how much is crack screen for an iphone 8 plus

Xx_Leole_ xX | Aug 26, 2019
iPhone Repair SF | Aug 26, 2019

Hi Twan. All pricing for every repair we do is listed on our website and is kept up to date there. Please visit our site for the current pricing. I prefer not to put the price on the question/answer page because we regularly update our prices as the price for parts changes (as phones get older, the price for replacement parts gets cheaper). If I put a price here it may be confusing and inaccurate in the very near future.
