Lived here on a 1year lease. Upon move out we put in our 30day move out notice on that notice we requested to have a security deposit refunded within 30days of April 21st 2021 when we returned the keys and vacated it is now August 8th 2021 and we still have not received a letter stating any deductions or a refund. We did contact them in June after the 30 days was up and again in July after they charged us $25 for a reissued check. They want to recharge us again to reissue another check but when we went in office for proof that a check was even sent they stated they had none. Notes just said a check was sent and someone was called they didn’t care to note who they spoke to? it’s basically a if they say they did it then they did it they have no supporting documents! I too was told Michael Bryant and Lauren Bryant are unable to be contacted the ladies in office will only contact them if it’s beneficial for them and there has to be some law against that I’ve never lived in apartment where owners/corporate office information is not posted.

Great staff, wonderful maintenance, fair pricing. Clean and In great repair. Weekly gardeners, always clean and we'll kept park like grounds at 16555 hercules st great neighbors, everyone keeps to them selves but the few who mingle are happy people. Noise Evel good if you get used to 80 trains passing per day and occasional barking dogs. I had 3 new neighbors I 18 months people seem to move when they raise the rent each 8 months $750, $790 $850... I moved after 18 months. However their $1100-$1300 units have a year lease. Mine was month to month which is great you can move after 30 day notice. I got $403 back from my $500 deposit which was fair. They charge a$75 non refundable cleaning and $75 non refundable carpet fee that I did not need to pay. $28 fee for touch up paint filling in curtain screw holes or a nick In the door patch.

I just moved in and I have to disagree there are plenty of families from all ethnicities living here.
Tge apartment I rented for 18 months was a calm pea edul experience. If you call maintenance they come the next day to Cha ge light bulbs, or A/c vent or the blind twister stick that broke...they will fix anything quickly. The grounds are covered with flowers and green vegitation.snels a d looks great. Gardeners come weekly. Painters and roofers were seen yearly the place aways looks brand-new. The manager is friendly and I got all my deposit back except for $75 cleaning fee...although I cleaned perfectly they must do a pro professional sanitization which is good, because I've seen other apartments get demolished with pets and they replace the carpet. You're sure to get grae A attention if you live here. Rent was $750 I 8 months it raised to $790 and another 8 month it raised to $850 .. reasonable for the area but I move out to rent from a friend or $300 otherwise I'd still be there. Great place to live if apartment livibg suits you. Oh tree shared parking.

Absolutely! We have no breed or size restrictions! There is no pet rent either! There is a $200.00 addition to your security deposit only!
