I won a few lots during the July auction and had them shipped to me. Once received I was missing an item from one of the lots. Gal in the shipping department was nice enough, but once she confirmed the issue with management I was only offered a fraction of the amount I paid. Bidding experience is easy to set up and use. Although the checkout function online was a little clunky. Also be aware that there are fees on top of your final bid (which they do state beforehand. But they are a little on the high side for auctions, same goes with the shipping charges). Would give 5 stars if they had offered better compensation for the missing item.

Had fun bidding online for what I wanted without someone pointing in my face to bid. When checking out to pay Adriana made me feel like a person not just a faceless number. All the staff are courteous and helpful. I will be bidding for more stuff in the future.

I did an online auction, I had a couple questions, got the feed back and my questions answered promptly. Simple to use site, I have received my tracking and it will be here tomorrow. I plan on using their service again.

We can't say enough about Bid Fast and Last. Great people, efficient and knowledgeable. They handled our auction without incident in a smooth and swift fashion. Everything sold at a great price and things were gone and place cleaned up the day after the auction. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend!
