Never lived here, don’t plan to. But your company disgusts me after hearing what you are doing to residents in Charlotte. Giving them 30 days to leave without any explanation. This company is contributing to the already massive gentrification problem in the area. You’re playing with people and their lives. You should be ashamed. I still feel the same way despite your response. Gonna be hard to make me pity any of these companies purchasing properties to "renovate" and inflate rent

As a last option i'll leave a review,currently a tenant at Greenway Flats.After living in the newly renovated apartment(the best part).Agency simply manages to many properties.Hopefully by me posting this it will get some much needed attention to this property.Issues that are never addressed. 1.Dumpster in back always full of nasty mattress,and full bags trash all around bc stray cats pull them out daily. 2.In 7 months NO groundsman.(Landscaper yes).Therefore the trash issue,liter in parking lot,and not once has our filthy spider infested stairwells been swept or powerwashed. 3.Laundry room gets dirty quick and for 32 apartments we could use more than 2washers/dryers please. 4.Need assigned parking space.After 11pm its usually none at all when I come home from work and climb to top floor.While one tenant has 3 spaces. Great potential if we can get a Groumdsman to come 1x a week and assigned parking.

Not a good Company to work for the Pay is very low for the work they need done. Very nice people but are not organized at all. There is also a lack of skills and communication
