THESE ARE THE REAL SLUMLORDS OF NC!! This company is HORRIBLE!! I stayed on Featherstone Dr. in Raleigh and I had squirrels living in my walls. The apartment floors where literally falling in! THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING and they don’t care about anything you call them about! Save yourself and your loved ones the headache! They are NOT WORTH 1 PENNY!!! I don’t see how they’re still able to rent places! They are literally in UNSAFE CONDITIONS!!! RUN!!!

Yes they are racist we did an experiment on them. We sent my uncle who has one eviction and my white freind who has 3 evictions both had the same income but guess what..uncle didnt get approved but white freind did...so we just moved in together. Their apartments off of wake forest rd is full of black foreigners and not one black American. Check them out!
Yes very rude and unprofessional. Staff will misplaced your rent payment and then lie and say that you never turned it in. But when they look for it, it was in the drawer for about three weeks. Management then will charge you late fee and file eviction paper on you.

Yes if you have a criminal record. They will lie and tell you, that you have a chance, just to get the application fee.
