People who call themselves professional are ego struck. The have the telephone voice of professionalism but they don't do their job. This apartment took my app fee but didn't go the entire screening/application process. Which tells me they rushed to judgement based on something else. I'm big on customer service. An apartment can be without all my features and amenities but if the person is professional, I'll make it work. Black people always blocking other black people too. SMH

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
Once you’ve chosen a community, click on the “Tour Your Way” button to request a tour. You can set up a time to talk with an agent or ask for additional information to be emailed or sent via text message.
Yes! Simply click on the Apply Now button on the community page you’re interested in and then it’s as easy as following the instructions.
When you’re ready to apply, click on the Apply Now button to begin the application process. Follow the instructions to fill out the application and hit submit when you’re ready. You can also return to your application by clicking on the Resident Login button if you don’t complete your application on your first attempt.
