I've lived at the Allister for over 4 years now, and have been happy since I first moved in! The monthly resident events give great opportunities to meet others in the community, and even kept going with food trucks during the height of the pandemic. The location is great, within walking distance to North Hills, and the amenities and common areas are well maintained. I've always had quick responses to my maintenance requests as well when necessary, with help usually coming within the same day I requested it. This is a great complex if you're new to the area or looking for a new place to live!

My wife and I have lived at Allister for about 3 1/2 years and have loved every minute of it! The staff and amenities are great! Recently, the heating element in our dryer went out (over a holiday weekend) and Joe, from the maintenance department, was extremely helpful and communicative when it came to fixing the dryer and keeping us updated along the process!
