Mike...Google seems to connect us all, one way or another! Lol Jimins, Talent One is a great agency. My son is 13 and we've been with them for a few years now. Just call up and speak to Anne, she'll instruct you on what to do for your daughter to audition.
As a talent agent, it is possible, especially if you are truly unique, but you might not be submitted to a casting company without at least some industry experience. And this agency is more focused on representing film/tv/commercial/industrial talent than on theatrical.
