I wish I could put zero stars, my advice is to keep away expect if you want to live in a rundown apartment complex with the worst maintenance staff ever. Been over a week and the ac has not been fixed. Worst experience I’ve ever had in Raleigh.

Its full of roaches I visited a friend and it was crawling with roaches i couldn't sleep i felt them crawling on me. Disgusting

This is the most unprofessional place ever! The 5 stars on this place is a lie! This place is infested with roaches and mold!! The people in the leasing office don’t want to fix anything! The maintenance on site tries to flirt with you! It take months to fix a problem! They got horrible communication and really nasty attitudes in the office especially the manger!!! Do not rent from here. The place gave my baby a respiratory infection!!

Don't live there. Do contract work on ext. It probably depends on the particular unit. Older blogs have more ways for roaches to go in and out. They'll be hidden, like under the kit. and bath cabinets. They come and spray on a schedule like all apts, but yeah. the older complexes have more problems, not much more the mgmt could do besides seal around pipes coming up thru the slab when they have the cabs. out to remodel, which is being done.
