Peaceful and quiet when you need it. Good place to read and relax

I like the small space of this library but one particular staff member, an older white woman with long white hair is the loudest worker I have ever heard. She threw books into the bookshelves for reshelving and was so loud I couldn't believe it. She slammed books onto the floor. It was bizarre. To be that loud in a library and she was a staff member. Is there any reason for this? I've worked at a university library before and you can be quiet if you try. It was like she was trying to be as loud as possible and it was very aggravating. Especially when you're trying to concentrate. Someone above her needs to have a word with her. Cause for a staff member to act like that in a library is unacceptable.
