I’ve been to other polo loco branch, this one is bad if not the worst… chicken pieces cuts to smaller to smallest hardly any meat and the legs are the smallest like chicklet . ordered meal 8 pcs.. We know cost of commodities are going up high so as their prices… services are good alright … but shouldn’t be the quality be the same…

The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Food is always hot, plentiful and delicious. I didn't have the rewards app and they took the time to help me get it set up and explained the rewards.
