Very friendly folks. They did a guitar repair on our 12 string acoustic. They let me know we needed a humidifier so the wood would not dry out. Something I never knew about. They took good care of us!

So, typically I read the reviews of places that I will spend my money on especially something like equipment for my child's band class and the customer service provided. I did not have the luxury of reading the reviews as I received a letter stating that my child needed their instrument yesterday (literally!) As I am writing my review, which I never write reviews, I see why this place receives such positive feedback! * I had the absolute PLEASURE of dealing with Matthew, who is one the kindest people that I have met since moving to the High Desert. He was knowledgeable and, was familiar with my child's band teacher and knew what other accessories I would need really without me even asking for them. I had my two toddler girls with me, one of which fell asleep, my hands were full and Matthew asked several times if he could help me with anything, he offered to take my equipment to the car seeing that I was struggling a bit. Chivalry is not dead!! Matthew is truly an asset to this company. While I completed my transaction, I noticed that he treated EVERY customer with the same respect and eagerness to help. There was another friendly gentleman there as well and I did not get his name, but he offered some assistance when I was looking for additional accessories. You guys are awesome!!! Thank you!!

This music store is grreeeaaaattttt!!!!!! It is the one and only best music store in the dessert area. Only problem is, it is addicting. Every time I leave. I have a empty wallet. Anyway I love this music store & the people who work there. They are very helpful & informative. I give it 5 stars.

Although Rollover Beethoven is a great store, I suggest sending your violin to a luither down the hill, unless it’s a cheap 100-300$ Violin.

Yes

About 250
They are the greatest. They should be able to handle your problem
The price can vary, but last time I got my strings replaced there it was (I believe) $20 to replace the strings, plus however much you pay for strings. In my case, I play nylon stringed guitar, and I buy $14.99 strings. And because I had them replace them, the total cost at the end was $35.00 It's been about a year and a half since I've had them replace my strings (due to nyself learning how to change them myself) so the prices may have changed. Hope this helps
I don't know? But they are great people very helpful
If they don't have one at the store they can order one
Buddy, depends on what you are looking for. Prices range from as low as $150-$200 to over $1000 depending on make and model. I believe there os still a really cool vintage 4 string Gibson Bass hanging on the guitar wall. I have been a customer of ROB for over 10 years. One of my bandmates uses a 5 string Ibanez Bass he purchased there several years ago. Good folks and good service
