The Apex location doesn’t have as nice facilities as the Raleigh or Cary ones but the membership is about $30 cheaper per month. There aren’t amenities like a spa, cafe, salon or pickle ball court like the other Lifetime fitness locations have. It still has a cycling room, yoga studio, weight training machines and treadmills. The changing rooms are nicer than Planet Fitness or comparable gyms. Group classes and personal training are included in the monthly membership fee, but doesn’t offer more specialized classes like Pilates that the other Lifetimes in the area have.

Talk to Marvin, Alex LTF manager about discount. Sadly, nonpool. It is a Bronze level. But, it is a friendly gym with great staff and trainers.
