Ordered an interior door. Door came in and was damaged during transport to another Builders FirstSource. BFS offered to reorder or refund, I choose a refund almost 10 days later no refund and no commuication from anyone. Sad

We give a huge kudos to Jimmy Davis as his service was exceptional! We had a leak problem that he was persistent to help us root cause. It ended up not being a BFS problem. The windows are great! However, we could not have timely resolved the problem without his help. Thank you!!
