Not very impressed or too happy with them, they have proved to be not on their A game. I have been waiting on a call from management to resolve my problem & I haven't heard anything yet. I guess my applications & my business means nothing. I guess I will just move on & not include them on my list to try to rent from them. Not good business. In response to Provest Realty: Of course my name is a nick name, not my real name. Nit fake because it is me I am real and I was treated unfairly by Provest Realty. My government name is Yaminah Munns & my daughter initials at K.P.B., is that good enough? So now go back and do some research on what happened and then maybe I can get a call back or email. I didn't do this for fame or show, I did this in hopes you would correct your wrongs & maybe help me rent a house because there was reason why this should have happened to me. We met all criteria that was set forth to the property, & we still was bypassed even after I gave all that you asked for. & was told that I would be refunded my application fee...I will just think twice when a property is listed by you because I feel like I was treated unfairly & I don't deserve that, the attitudes from the people there was not very professional, and she even told me that she was swamped and could not call me back right away that it was going to take some time, well I haven't gotten that call either. I don't know if it was even rented, if I qualified, which I know I do, I have a very good job. But it's ok, I will be ok. Thank you for not making me feel like you wanted to do business with me, Thank you for making me feel like you didn't want me to rent the house. My name is 1st Lady Stunna for a reason.
