They did a great job on my taxes last year but this year they didn't bother picking up the phone to set appointments and instead picked up the phone just to hang it back up, cant imagine a worse buisness to only be accepting walk ins considering when I tried walking in an hour after they opened they told me they were full for the day. Filed through turbo tax this year

My parents went there to get papers notarized and they received very poor service. They made them feel very uncomfortable the lady that helped them was very unprofessional and talked down to them. As well as humiliated them by making them fill out a paper in English, and knowing that they don’t know how too. She couldn’t even help them by telling them what they need to write and how to write it. When they asked her questions she would respond to them “oh! I don’t know I suppose but I don’t know” very poor service and very unprofessional. Never returning again.

I've been coming here for a long time and get great service every time. The last place I went to was pricey and the tax preparer was not looking out for my best interest. At the other place, I filed my taxes end of January, didn't get a refund until July due to the guy's negligence. So happy family told me about this place. Martha Torres is great. She is very knowledgeable, kind and patient and we appreciate this kind of service.
