HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! The guy on the phone is so freaking rude, they kept my tire and sold it after I ordered it from them. Never coming here again.

I came here from out of state. Thought my tread was separating and that I needed a new tire. I was ready to pay the full price and be done with it. The young man looked my tire over, dismounted it and patched it. He let me know that it will hold air and is good to go. They could have sold me an expensive tire, instead I was out with a patch and an expert opinion. Great company, not looking to rip you off, but instead they do the right thing! Thank you!
