For anyone who is lost on the whole marriage process. When you book an appointment online it is to get a marriage license which is only valid for 90 days in which a ceremony needs to take place within those 90 days. Once your marriage license has been submitted the clerk will ask if you want to schedule a ceremony. So booking an appointment online is not the ceremony it is two different appointments. Marriage license first then the ceremony.

I witnessed a Registrar's office employee tell a mother that she had to leave her NEWBORN in his stroller OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING because their "policy" is "Only one person per application number." I just about lost my mind. A kind woman behind me offered to stand with the stroller outside while the mother could watch through the window so she could get her application processed....and the same employee walked to the back of the line where people had already been waiting OVER 2 HOURS to walk some dude to the front, the big eyes and hair flipping made it obvious she was trying to make an impression...after she had already ignored half the folks asking questions and the other half she only offered directions to the nearest library. Absolutely ridiculous, and DISGUSTING that they couldn't make an "exception" to allow a new mother with her NEWBORN into a building. Unbelievable.

It's available with appointments monday-friday for marriage ceremonies though it is relatively far away from home for me it ended up being the best option because of it's flexability.
