Worst leasing company ever, It is easily to contact God than contact the leasing office. I signed a lease with them and they have sent me the lease agreement. I wanted to go over with the terms of leasing over phone because I think the dates mentioned are wrong. Again I am moving in 1 week. Have tried reaching each and every number several times. Voicemail, text message etc. Stay away from this nasty people.

A person was shot repeatedly inside the complex, just outside my front door. The total lack of security allows homeless and burglars to wander the halls. UDR did nothing to address despite repeated complaints from the community. I have no doubt more violent offenses have occurred without my knowledge. All common spaces are filthy -- hallways stairwells, and especially the pool area. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night 1-2x a week, for 15-20 minutes at a time. Wrongly charged for fixing outdated appliances on the order of $700 dollars upon moving out. If you can avoid living here, it's in your best interest to do so.

They sent me a revised bill post moving out with 15 additional days of rent due. They did not process move out request timely. Never showed up for pre-move out walk through. They change management staff every 6mths. They want you to pay for carpet and painting even though there are no damages (i lived there for a year)… they basically want u to pay to refresh the unit for their next tenants. This place is horrible! The gym has no equipments except for a few lousy machines. They had homeless people swimming in the pool at night. No security. Parking garage door is always broken. Fire alarm went off at 2am like every 3weeks… never again

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, mostly due to the fire alarm going off throughout the entire complex every two weeks in the middle of the night. Management will reply here that that doesn’t happen, but I’m standing outside writing this review because of it now. Also, property management is antagonistic to the point of telling you they don’t care about you or your problems. It’s really too bad, because the property is otherwise fairly nice and in a great neighborhood. But the management and fire alarms make this place unliveable. I’ll be investigating my other options when my lease expires. If I could give zero stars, I would.
