DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! all rude! They are still trying to collect a $1200 fee which was not in my lease! I had bugs soon as I moved in, the remodel was a mess, homeless sleeping in the building, air BNB guests very annoying, parties all the time, I am suing them back for the $1200 they keep harassing me for! Now that I read the reviews on here, stay far away, Hopefully Cheryl is gone! I was so excited to move into this place and quickly went away! BYE!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN! I AM NOT PAYING YOUR $1200!!!

I attempted to rent a parking space form these guys back in June through Whereipark.com The takeaway is avoid both the Alaya and whereipark at all costs. I signed a contract for $175month in spite of being nervous about the safety of my car in the garage due to the many dodgy reviews. But it was close to my house and I had just lost another spot (also thanks to bad management at whereipark - they rented me a spot that didn't exist!), so I decided it would be a stop gap measure. However, once I rented the spot on the whereipark website and tried to contact the Alaya, I never heard back from ANYONE. I went by in person twice and couldn't find anyone to help me. To be clear, I never got my spot. I never got a garage door opener. I never even got into the garage. I tried contacting whereipark and got no response, however, the charges did not appear so I thought they had just canceled my contract. Then yesterday - 5 months later, I got charged for three months totaling $525. Crooks. Avoid like the plague.

Been living here since April 2020 and I can say this place is on a constant decline. The elevator has gone dysfunctional 3 times in past 3 months and 2nd time it took them over a month to fix it. It’s a huge inconvenience and only god knows when will it be fixed this time. Don’t really trust the ETA leasing office gives on the fix anymore because they never meet it.

The management is rude. They are only looking for your money. They steal from you legally. shame on them. Please do not move here. I am breaking my lease because this place is a mess. I wish I could give zero star. You cannot have a single quite night. Full of noisy people and when you call security they will drop your call. Also you need to pay at least 300$ per month for utilities like trash and other stuff which you should not. The worst thing is that they will give you an option at first about your deposit so you can choose paying it in one place or monthly. However if you pay monthly they will count it as your rent and when you move out they will charge you 1200$ for move out fee!!( The move out fee includes: 300 $ cleaning fee and 700$ wall painting if you mount your television on the wall!!!)
