I recently moved from Florida and I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here so far! This beautiful complex is in a great location, well secured, they are dog friendly, and the amenities are really nice! My unit seems to be well insulated because I don’t hear much around me. Chanel and Esther with leasing are professional and helpful, and Chris the maintenance guy is the best! My only two complaints would be the carpet in the hallways are a bit dirty and stained, and some assigned parking spots are on the smaller side (not ideal if you have an SUV like I do). If the rent is within your budget, I highly recommend making this your next home!

I have lived here for three years, and it is by far my favorite place I have ever lived for one main reason… The manager! Esther is such a kind and thoughtful manager, but also knows how to get work done and keeps this place running like a well oiled machine. Whatever they are paying her, it is not enough... WE LOVE ESTHER!!

Good amenities, great service and nice apartments. One side is towards a school, and with working-from-home still being the case, it can be overwhelming with all the kids screaming so just try to get another side. The building itself is incredible!!

I've been a resident since March 2021 and I honestly have zero complaints. I leased my unit blindly while living in Texas and was initially so nervous about the process. Everyone at the leasing office was very patient and helpful answering all my questions and made everything a breeze. Even with the leasing office having reduced hours at the time, my move-in was quick and easy. The grounds are kept clean, the insulation between units is fantastic (I've never heard my neighbors), the finishings are top notch, maintenance requests are handled promptly and with the security guards walking the grounds every night I feel really safe. I love how close it is to restaurants and grocery stores (walking distance) and the residential area behind the building make for really nice afternoon walks with my dogs. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my decision and would highly recommend this property!
