My husband and I have lived here since summer 2020 and I love it here! I love the outdoor area with pool, jacuzzi, bbq etc. the gym is GREAT (if only it was open 24/7) and the staff is helpful and responsive.

I'm just gonna say this. If you are a delivery driver driver and you see this guy you should call the client right away. Because this person is not gonna let you go in. He acts like he owes the apartments I spend about 15 minutes telling him that I needed to go up. Im just trying to do my job!!!

I have lived here since June 2021; Donna and her team have been so helpful and communicative. They have been very attentive and whenever I have a maintenance issue or request they are very responsive. I love the dog park, the fact that the maintenance team has been consistent, helpful and organized since day one. I truly enjoy it here.

I liked living in this building. Great management, always helpful. If something is broken, it will be fixed the next day. The only negative is if a neighbor who is fond of smoking weed settles somewhere nearby, then expect a constant smell in your apartment, because there is only one common hood. It is also very important that after the end of my lease, they refunded me almost the entire deposit (except for the standard deductions for cleaning / painting).
