This has been by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. First, let’s talk about cockroaches. They are in the walls, in all the cracks, eggs everywhere. Those roaches are living in your unit rent free year round. Secondly, expect to get your packages stolen. I’ve had 3 packages stolen & management does nothing about security. Lastly, their parking structure has had multiple break ins into cars. Maybe it’s because their “secured” parking gate was broken for 3 weeks so anyone can just walk into the complex. The amenities are nice, don’t get me wrong! But it is just NOT WORTH it.

I was extremely impressed by this property!! I was not expecting such clean grounds and happy staff. I was toured by Tiana and she is incredible!!!!! She was so happy to speak to me and so happy to show me around and had all the information I needed. She spoke to every resident we passed ( which is rare in LA) and i asked about the other reviews and honesty was presented and people were very happy to live here. This was honestly the best tour experience in my life. Everyone keep up the smiles and great work!!!!! Looking forward to August to hold an apartment.

The Chadwick is such a great community. All the amenities are amazing . Recently I did notice a roach problem . I believe it’s because the building is old . My whole floor got fumigated except my apartment because we were new . People did warn us but we didn’t believe it . We believed if we cleaned as much as possible we won’t have any roaches. Lies ! I was so frustrated I called the leasing office and spoke to Marvin . He helped me through this whole process . He made sure pest control came , always checked on us . After a month a few clean outs, it finally went away . Although we shouldn’t be dealing with any pests at all , it should be on The Chadwick to take full responsibility and prevent this problem and tell their residents the truth and make sure we have a sanitary and safe living environment . I really love it here but seeing the roaches made me second guess everything . For now it’s gone so I’m hoping it doesn’t come back .

Danielle and Angela have been the best. They are very quick at resolving any concerns and answering any of my questions. The property is beautiful and well kept up. The spa area is always clean and Jacuzzi is AMAZINNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG 🙂👍🌊🏖 Danielle and Angela are real sweet hearts and will make you feel right at home. Also Marvin and Tyler are awesome as well. These are two gentlemen that are always available to help you no matter how minor the request. These two are true gentlemen who know the definition of respect. Thank you for being great, Conrad
