I’m paying 1.8k per month and hot water went down twice a month. If you choose to live here you are not getting what you are paying for. Every attempt to turn on shower faucet feels like playing Russian roulette cause you never know what temperature the water will be

I stayed in this building for the past 2 years. It's so amazing, and it's 100 percent secured. We got everything around us. Chipotle is downstairs! Walking distance to nightclubs, walking distance to the metro station. Walking distance to Starbucks. I can say a lot about this place. It's occupied by Korean people because it's in Korean town. Nice people.

I lived here from August 2019 to August 2020. The water has been shut off intermittently, adding up to probably one month in total. However my friend who lives on the other side of the building almost never got her water shut off. The fans on some AC equipments outside the building get insanely loud during the summer and it goes on for the entire day. Closing your window doesn't help much because it is so loud. Renovations are constantly taking place. The front gate is closed for a while. The hallways on my floor was under construction for like a month. While these are tolerable, they will bother you sometimes. Definitely think about these before you move here. If possible, avoid the southeastern side of the building.
