Writing this now because Christian is so amazing! After living in multiple buildings DTLA, where management was basically non existent, Christian is on top of EVERYTHING. Anything you need help with, DONE. Not to mention my unit is so spacious and beautiful with a huge patio too! I moved in earlier this year and will be staying unless I ever move away from LA.

Love living here! The building is beautiful very spacious. Christian is an angel sent from heaven! Neighbors are very friendly :)

Packard lofts has been such a great building to live in! Christian our building manager is always so helpful, sweet and always there for you when you need him! I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and it's the best apartment to live in especially in DTLA! Nothing bad has ever happened to me here!! Our security guard Robert also always makes me feel safe!

We had a great time staying at Packard Lofts for over 4 years!! The manager, Christian was very friendly and efficient! We couldn’t ask any better! We just have to move out from California. We will miss him a lot. Thank you 🙏
