Scammers! They didn't return my deposit, and every time my partner or I get in contact with them they keep lying by saying "The check should get to you in a few days." It's been two months since they're doing this.

We love it here at Skye, and our balcony view is breathtaking. Huge shoutout to Cedrick in leasing. He was amazing during the application process and is consistently super attentive, friendly, and helpful whenever we need anything. Maintenance is great too, and I love that they have an app for maintenance requests. We love our new home.

Bunker Hill has everything I could ask for, start from great location, walking distance to Metro & restaurants, beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, indoor parking garage, tennis court, BBQ area, dog park, breathtaking view, in-unit laundry, fully renovated unit etc. Management is always friendly and thanks to Adam Brown who was accommodating to answer all my questions before signing the lease. Maintenance responds the request pretty fast within 24 hours and they (Fernando & Juan) are very polite & professional. Both buildings (South & West) are clean and well maintained. I see every morning they clean common areas. The noise level is low since it has concrete wall between unit. So far my experience has been amazing and glad I decided to move here.

I've had a great experience living in these apartments! If I didn't have to move out of LA, I'd definitely continue to live here. Here are some of the Pros and Cons of living here; 1. Great management (esp. Michael) and maintenance. Very helpful! 2. Modern interiors. 3. Great views for anyone facing the DT in the South Tower. I mean, check out the view that I sleep and wake up to everyday! 4. Good amenities like pool, jacuzzi, dog park and tennis. 5. Very safe neighborhood. 6. Close walk to the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Grand Park. 7. Last, but should really be the first - Quite "affordable" compared to the other properties in the heart of DT. Cons: 1. The gym is pretty much at a bare minimum. Don't expect a mini Golds Gym here. 2. Shared laundry. I guess this is more of a personal con...I've been spoiled by living in apartments with in-house laundry. But if this is not an issue for you, then please ignore. :) 3. The visitors parking is almost always full. This might be an issue if you're expecting friends to show up often. However, there's always street parking available under the bridge by the Promenade Towers and on the 2nd St. More of a minor inconvenience than anything else. Overall, definitely recommend these!
