Nice property, but the management is terrible. Assistant manager has a nasty attitude. A man died in his apartment on my floor and was sitting there for almost a week. The whole hall smelled awful and they didn't even tell anyone what happened. All the appliances are old, they have cheap paint, and they have a really old electrical system so alot of the outlets don't work, and the microwave and stove will go out often.

Francine is the best! I had an incredible experience with Rancho Los Feliz apartments! My situation was dire. The home I am currently renting was sold and I was given 60 days to find a new place to live. I had spent over $300 in application fees, looked at hundreds of apartments and it was a disaster until I called Rancho Los Feliz. I was able to do a virtual tour. Francine then called me on FaceTime to walk me through the grounds and answer all my questions. I applied, was processed, and accepted before 6pm the SAME DAY!
