I do not know where you are wondering about having pets? I am sure that they are allowed in any private residences that you own. If you are renting, it is up to the landlord.

Not sure but there is a large community board inside the strip mall where Villa Pizza and the Post Office is located...place a notecard there and someone will answer back. We only live there p/t so do not know community as well as we should. Also check at community center where indoor pool is located. Front desk people very knowledgeable about area.
