I have always received excellent customer service here but my most recent experience was absolutely incredible. I was about to attempt a double century (200 miles) and my Garmin Vector pedals were not working properly. (I rely on the right - left balance as I favor one leg over the other so having the ability to see when I’m doing that is a game changer on long endurance rides) Trek Ventura provided me with a loaner pair of pedals after taking a deposit on my credit card. They switched out the pedals and worked with me until they paired properly with my bike computer. Simply amazing!! Thank you Amanda, Zak and Jacob for all of your help last Friday!!!

Super great selection and great line up. I was able to trade up with any issues. Staff is excelled and demonstrated a deep understanding of the products, options, warranty and all elements required to inform customers. Additionally, I experienced, what I believe, is a design issue with one of the cycling shoes which I had purchased one year back. Trek exchanged the cycling shoes without question.

Great experience working with Trek Ventura team, especially Lucas. He was so knowledgeable and so kind and spent a generous amount of time with me to ensure I found a bike that met all of my needs. I sure did! The store is immaculate and very well stocked with lots of bikes — road, mountain, cruisers, e-bikes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A few weeks after my purchase Lucas called me to see if I was enjoying my new bike and if I had any questions or concerns. Very impressive customer service. I highly recommend Trek Ventura and Lucas, whose bike knowledge is superb.

I was appalled even to go as far as to say horrified of the store manager (Luis) who lied straight-face to me over a $120.00 refund .TREK caiming 100%REFUND and with-in 30days policy. Tuesday I purchased on my Chase Debit Card 1 seat $79 and 1pair of MTB grips 39$. Within a few days and after finding both excact items on-line for under 60$ for both. I went to the store where I bought these items to RETURN.

I bought tires in SB while this store was closed for remodeling ( no open)
When the tire sealant works you don't know about it. It has got me home many a time. The next day my tire pressure was low and I changed the tube.
