Had an emergency with 2 flat tires after a ride down the beach. These guys where the only bike company to answer the phone & where every helpful. Had the 4in fat tire tubes to get my bike in action for the rest of our vacation but also recommend inserts to protect the tubes from further damage in the future. Best of all, they got it all done the day I brought it down (3hrs). I wish I could find a bike ship at home with customer service like this. Thanks again for all of the hard work today. Hope to never see you again ;-)

Great store, they quickly helped me and looked over my bike and adjusted my rear shock pressure and dropper post at no charge.

Being a small business owner myself I know how irritating bad reviews can be so I want you to know that I intend to take this review down as soon as you see it but I got to tell you $40 for a derailleur hanger when I could have gotten it online for less than 10 is obscenely overpriced you guys need to think about your pricing that's ridiculous you eliminated a customer by doing that to me something to think about I will take this review down tomorrow

Took the old Trek in for a tune-up and I am sure glad I did! The bike performs better than when it was brand new. The shifting is crisp and brakes are very responsive. Service was quick and the pricing was very reasonable. Staff is friendly and definitely knowledgeable! Great local bike shop!
