I had a smoothie, I think it was called Cacao Love. It was awesome. I had them put mushrooms in it and I felt energized. I had already been on my bike for an hour and I had another hour to get back after drinking the smoothie. I felt energized the whole way back and not hungry at all. Also, the place is so darn cute. It's a must visit!

Three days ago I called telling the mechanic that I needed a new derailleur cable installed. I asked him what was the earliest time he could do the job. He told me right away. I took the bicycle down right away and he replaced the cable in about 15 minutes or less. He did that and replaced the valve stem on the front tire too. It cost about $17.00 for parts and labor. Ever since I've lived here in West Ventura I've had those guys doing the work on my bicycle. I think they do a great job, with a friendly attitude at reasonable prices.

I have been going to Ventura Bike Depot for several years, and have always had a great experience. Beginning with the purchase of a commuter bike in 2006 and several bike purchases last year. However, as much as getting a great deal on a sparky new bike is just awesome, the customer service is where this shop shines. I can get a cool new bike just about anywhere.....but....I can't walk into Amazon with my cousin looking for a cotter pin to piece together an old unicycle we found and were refurbishing, explain to the repair tech what we needed, then he rummages through a parts bin, come up with the part, and wouldn't charge us for it because it was just an old part he happened to have. We simply could not have finished that build without it. Every time I've been there, that is the level of customer service I've received.

We had a great time riding bikes as a family in Ventura. Plenty of bikes... $30 per bike for two hours.

Unfortunately no. And no one ine area does that i know of.
We would need to actually see the old one. There are many, many different set ups to choose from. We have a poster in the store with probably 100 possibilities. Hopefully, you saved your old one, even if it is broke in 2, bring all pieces into the store. The other option is to go through the manufacturer of your bike brand but reaching out directly to them, They should be able to get their hands on one, or direct you to the part number.
