Fond memories here as a kid. Still a nice park, three playgrounds. Plenty of open space. A skate park. Nice shade from plenty of trees. Great park overall. Been to plenty of birthday parties here as a kid.

What would a person want with that? A surveyors report? What can I do with that?
No because there is not a large table area for reservations. Only single table spots.
This is a park. Not housing. Although there is plenty of housing nearby, probably section 8-friendly.
