Sara is a wonderful therapist. She is thoughtful, intuitive, and deeply compassionate, and she really knows her stuff. Her work is grounded in evidenced-based theory, but she is also highly creative in her use of alternative techniques, giving her the ability to craft effective interventions that are also personalized to her clients' specific needs and preferences. I have known Sara for 12 years and have referred numerous clients to her who have let me know their lives were positively impacted by her. I recommend her highly. E. Gail Horton, PhD, LCSW

Your privacy is very important to me. Even your presence in therapy is held confidential except in a few rare instances – an indication that you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, child abuse or vulnerable adult abuse, a court order from a judge, or if you sign a document advising me that you want me to communicate with someone else.
Counseling is an investment in yourself. You are worth that! You deserve to have the life you want. Setting aside time now can help you begin to fill the rest of your life with the experiences and relationships you dream of. Many of my clients even share that, because they become more focused on what’s important to them through therapy, they begin to have more free time in their lives.
I do not accept insurance in order to protect my client’s privacy and to maintain full control over our work together. You may be able to seek out of network reimbursement from your insurance companies for some or all of the fees. Upon request, I will provide the paperwork to submit. You may want to contact your insurance company to verify your benefits. Following are some of the questions you can ask: • Does my policy include mental health coverage? • Does my policy include out of network benefits? • How much is my deductible and how much has been met? • What is the coinsurance percentage? • Is telehealth allowed for this policy?
Yes, this therapy practice is fully online. All sessions are conducted through a videoconferencing platform designed to protect your privacy. You can meet with your therapist in the comfort of your own home or office. No more getting stuck in traffic or risking seeing someone you know in a therapist’s waiting room! You’ll just need a strong internet connection and a private, comfortable space, and to be located in a state where I am licensed to practice – Florida, Georgia or North Carolina.
Yes, I do have availability for a few new clients at this time. If you are ready to start counseling, I invite you to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation at (561) 533-0948. During this consultation call, we can explore your needs in therapy and how I can best help you.
