A beautiful facility and immediately greeted and put on a list. Was seen by Marcus who was haughty, pompous, arrogant and condescending with no people skills. Tried to explain that my I phone was not working in my home for the past 3 weeks when I started service, altho wifi was fine in my home. Told me he could not help me unless I had Apple ID which I put in twice . Showed him that I could get on with Touch ID and said he needed the code so just go to Apple. He told me if it did not work to buy a $200.00 booster or find another carrier. I left and went back in line and was cared for by Mike who was wonderful. Did not need my Apple ID and was very helpful. 2 polar opposites. Marcus score minus 1 and Mike was a 10/10

Have someone answer the phone, create a job for someone - I know I pay enough to Xfinity for it. If US is service economy now, create a service job.
No, you don't need an appointment
Sometimes they have limited stock so you should call first.
I would also go on line and make an appointment so you don't have to wait long.
They give you a time frame of 2-3 hours. The amount of days for that appointment is about a week
I called thru the app and had to exchange the box went Delray store and I was in and out within 10 minutes . Excellent service

Im assuming you mean cordless home phones. You can get those from walmart, Costco, etc. Xfinty offers cell phones.
I don't think you can do that.. they didn't for me. They will close your account and create a new one for him. Same for the equipment.
