They have 2 remotes - one for digital box; the other (larger) for add-on boxes
Only if they happen to have some older remotes around.
As far as I know all of the Comcast remotes are the same standard and all of the buttons are the same. I guess you could always ask them if they have one of the older remotes that doesn't have the voice activation on it but honestly it's been so long I don't remember what size the buttons on that remote were
