Thank you guys for always helping me out. Meeting Stephanie today was delightful, Michael will be missed but Stephanie is prettier. Connor and Gina you guys are great too. Jose Alex and Rodrigo are the best maintenance team, always on top of everything. This is a great place to live.

This is a great apartment community to live in, I had been a resident for at least 2 years until I recently had to move to another state and already I miss my time residing here. The living spaces are luxurious, the amenities, proximity to the beach, Downtown Delray and Lake Ida Dog Park are all wonderful benefits. You can easily become indifferent to the location if you don’t have basic needs met at home. So the five-star rating largely goes to the staff. The maintenance team is top-notch; I cannot express my gratitude enough to both Jose and Rodrigo for their immense support and extra efforts to help fix any issues that I experienced. They responded quickly to my needs and they are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They are truly exceptional people and are essential members of this community. I was lucky to have them. I also want to notably thank Gina, Stephanie and Connor for being easy to work with and improving the community in any way they can. Moving is always a stressful transition but they made it smooth and less difficult for me. Obviously, there isn’t a perfect place to live, the only con would be maybe a few bad eggs with poor neighborly attitudes but that is something that can be found in any community and it can’t be helped sometimes. It’s a dog-friendly neighborhood but some neighbors aren’t—you’ll find dog droppings left around without any care or concern for others including their own. Machine equipment constantly being abused and end up getting broken at the gym (it’s not that kind of gym), with no fault to the staff—they do the best they can on a daily basis with the limited time and labor they have. Overall, the amount of good people in this community far outweighs the cons I mentioned.

Cortland Delray Station has to be the best apartment that we've moved into by far, we've moved constantly trying to find comfort but finally living here for almost 2 years then having to move out of state sadly. The living spaces are luxurious, the benefits they offer around the clubhouse are awesome, and anything that you can't find to do there you will be able to find around the area. Dog parks, a place to eat, drink, Atlantic Ave is right around the corner. The beach is down the street, you literally have everything. The maintenance crew are excellent, they always respond to your needs. Also, the stray cats you may see around the lot, very friendly, some are fat ( Gary ) some are small (Bob & Alberto, ) but they live here too so let them thrive! Overall this place has been home to me for quite awhile and it's sad to say but I'm feeling a bit homesick LOL you guys are doing wonderful! keep it up and be safe!
