Pretty sure that all equipment has to be scanned when turned in.

They just scanned it which was pretty quick.

If you're just returning it take it to a UPS store it's easier.

I had to and they check your account see how old it is and take it off your account and or credit you for it. It only takes a few minutes. Go to the one on W Atlantic it's not busy at all.
