Have someone answer the phone, create a job for someone - I know I pay enough to Xfinity for it. If US is service economy now, create a service job.

Online, over the phone, in person… nothing works they still charging not authorized amounts and you still having interruptions on your service 4x or more per week! I wish I could Sue them!!!! 😡😡😡

Easy to make an appointment on line. For phone questions you call the main 800 number. This means at the store the employees don't have to stop to answer the phones.
