You can take the Letters and Numbers unto the local Ventura County's Surveryors Office located on the Third Floor of the Administrations Office Ventura Government Center 93009 and the Surveyors office will grant you a copied print out of this Surveyor's Report for you Private and Public viewing. This is also good to have if your living in the area or plan to move there.
