I went to Trek Ventura to upgrade my K2 hardtail for a carbon fiber Trek. However, the guy at the register told me they do not allow browsing so I couldn't come in. How do I buy a bike without browsing? This is ridiculous. Bought one at NP instead.

Sadly, they screwed themselves outta a sale. Their loss and NPs gain...bigger, better shop imo
