I'm so sad to hear the original owner had retired. I have gone o this restaurant for almost 30 years and I'm so disappointed with the menu changes. I had placed a phone order not knowing management had changed and ordered what I typically ordered. The quality if food has drastically declined. I understand the restaurant is under new management and has new chefs, but I went in expecting Imperial, not panda express. With all the changes, they should have changed the name. Unfortunately I think this will be the last time I will eat here.
