I had an issue with an incoming and outgoing calls not functioning on my cellphone. The store representative was very quick to find the solution and resolve my problem. This young man was very professional with great listening skills and knowledge. Good place to look for professional help.

I’ve been an AT&T cellular customer for over 20 years. In the last six months, I was lured away to Comcast Business Mobile with a promise of similar services at a significantly reduced price based on the Verizon system. It turned into a nightmare! I had two of three business phones that did not work for almost one week and got zero service. Comcast Business mobile service representatives refused to transfer you to a second level tech support rep. Comcast Business Mobile service representatives refused to allow you to speak with a supervisor. Comcast Business Mobile is the most unprofessional / worst organization I’ve ever done business with my life! The AT&T reps went above and beyond trying to get my number ported back to them. They hung in there having to make several calls. AT&T is great and I was a fool to leave them after a 20 year relationship. I’m back with AT&T today!

My Fasha.....you know! Hello Masha. Hello Fasha..... ANywhoooo.....my Fasha and I went in to find a phone case for his brand new, really nice, even more really expensiver phone. We left empty handed.... All cases for his new really expensive phone were out of stock..... How does a company not have more cases made than phones? Who ever the CEO, they should be downgraded to CEO of Costco or Winco.....

Andrew the manager was amazing help today! I have had some bad experiences with at&t and Andrew helped me more than anyone has and was actually compassionate about it. I will definitely be going back and having his help next time!
