Moderate 3 mile downhill walk through 3 hot springs, down a 20 foot ladder to the Colorado River and back. Take water and prepare to get wet.

What a hike!! Be prepared for an exhausting trek back to the car though. The water was almost hot, but not too much. 100% worth the hike for sure. Beautiful and the trail is well maintained. We chose not to go down the ladder lol

Great hike. Not for those with limited ability. I've taken the 3 trails, White rock is the most difficult or taxing due to most of the trail being thru the wash which is gravel & sand, very tiring. signage, once you pass the canyon, is limited. The hot spring canyon trail is best, less scenic than white rock IMO, but the one i would do again when going to the springs. Springs were very cool. Lots of folks enjoying the pools on the day i went. Bring water shoes!!!! The ladder at the end of the pools was there and secured.. some folks to scared to climb it. I think going down is best versus going up! Trails in the area are definitely more mileage than the signs and website indicate. Closer to 7+. Round trip to the springs. My gps Backtrack indicated from the car lot to springs/river 3.5, not including the switchbacks. Great hike for those seeking a day activity!

Fantastic trail with a lovely hot spring and bonus of the Colorado river at the end. There is a Y off to the right that lets you go down to the river if you want to avoid the spring or make it a loop.

Which way on the looped trail do you go to get to the hot springs? Asking because I don’t want to get lost!
Go down the hot speing trail and up the white rock canyon trail
3.4 miles
Yes, right on the river, most people canoe in, but I've seen people hike in too
