I cannot begin to explain how bad this place is and how disappointed I was with their incompetence. The car was towed there by AAA due to a flat. They offered no communication and when I called they said tire needed to be replaced because it was driven on for so long flat. That was not true and I do not believe them to be honest. Then they called the next day and said the car was broken into and that the car window was broken. If you see past reviews this has happened in the past, yet they take no precautions to prevent this. They said I would have to pay for this and technician. They did agree to waive the labor after I expressed my dissatisfaction. They assured me that it would be done the next day or the latest two days. I called the next day and they told me the glass was coming in and they would get it done. Then they called back and said the glass would not be in for several days. I got a serious run-around, they did not communicate well and sadly they are incompetent. I have been a member of AAA for a long time but my plan is not to renew my membership unless AAA is willing to compensate me for how long the car was in the shop (way longer than necessary), the amount of ubers that needed to be taken, and the extra expense of fixing the glass, which was done at safelite in a matter of minutes. This service center cost me close to $1,000 in extra expenses.

This service center has had my car for 10 days without any communication as to the status of the car. I called today and was on hold for an hour without anyone picking up. I called the AAA call center for support, and was on hold for an additional 30 minutes while they tried to get the shop to answer. I have no answers and no contact with the shop. I now have to physically go to the shop in order to find out what is going on with my car, and get it either repaired or moved to a new shop to work on it. Stay away from this Bob Sumerel location. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!!
