Nice shopping experience at Kohls in Framingham. Cashier convinced me to open Kohls account, saying it would just take a few minutes. Turned out her register malfunctioned & we had to redo entire transaction. A comedy of errors followed, misplaced my id, emptied my shopping bag to rescan items & jewelry went flying across the floor. I know she expected me to be upset, but she was so embarrassed & apologetic about everything I just couldnt make things worse for her! With help of supervisor (who didnt lose his cool) she got it all together & I was finally set to go. The nice part was that she gave me 40% off the total price for my inconvenience! Now that's customer service!

personally I do not know yet but it's one of my favorite stores to go to I went there a few weeks ago looking for a few items and there was a note on the door but maybe you can go on the internet and do some research and find out
