The delivery crew were amazing. So courteous and knowledgable. The got took out our old washer and dryer still stacked! They were earlier than the stated time, but that was great, they were had everything out and new washer and dryer installed in 30 minutes. I love Yale Appliance, and with the new washer and dryer, we have replaced everyone one of our appliances (stove, fridge, dish washer, and over stove microwave) within the last two years and all were purchased at Yale Appliance.

We have always purchased our appliances at Yale. Their selection, quality and fair pricing cannot be beat. However we had the most amazing delivery crew today. Dorian and his crew were so accommodating and efficient. They went above and beyond anything I would have expected. We are so pleased with the purchase of our new washer and dryer. They removed the old and efficiently installed the new ones. I don’t think in all of my 74 years I had a crew as great as this one today. We will continue to use Yale for all our appliances.

The three person crew arrived within the designated time. They attached the power cord for our plug in electric stove, removed all the packing, set in the racks, removed our old stove and installed the new one carefully. They were all friendly and focused on doing a good installation. They properly leveled the stove,checked it with a level in both directions and added photos of the installation to the sign off invoice. Very well done and the stove looks great!

Great question....Following are some of the measures to insure client and staff safety. First, every staff member has the temperature checked in the morning in delivery, service, install as well as sales. Masks are a requirement for clients and staff. We have also limited capacity in our stores and encourage appointments. In terms of cleaning, every package and appliance is sanitized before delivery. Every store has 2 commercial cleaning crews in the morning and evening. These are just a few of the precautions to keep clients safe. We created a 13 page procedural document to govern operations during the pandemic and beyond.
