There seemed to be a seamless transfer from Belcher's to Manny's. Staff was the same, they were very friendly and helpful. Ned & Kelly, in particular, knew everything about the appliances. A lot easier than going to a big box store. Buy local.

Following a nightmare experience trying to get Lowes to install a new gas range our friend told us to go to Belchers (now Manny's) in Framingham. We canceled the Lowes deal and called the store and spoke at length with Kelly. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. So we went to the store and bought the range and confirmed what would be done for the install. Kelly and the other staff understood our concerns and we are confident we will receive excellent service. Will post an update next week following delivery and installation.
