Terrible ski fitting. Went down and randomly popped out of my skis. The din was at minimum and the toe springs were below minimun. I don't think you should face plant into the ground in the middle of the trail for no apparent reason? Never ever ever going back. NEVER!!!! Also it took two weeks and cost an arm and a leg when any other ski shop could do it overnight for half the cost! Wish I could rate it -5 stars. And also I did not pop out when I fell it was when I was cruising down the mountain at a high speed. Thanks for nothing.

Walked in today with (4) pairs of skis for Race Tuning. Was told 7-10 days. No way that can happen in the middle of race season. I understand being busy, but may want to consider giving priority to racers when considering the money being spent. update 1/3: Appreciate your quick response and offer to get them done this week. As soon as I left the store yesterday, I made other arrangements. will try again in the future.

I'm not typically one to write reviews as I have worked in customer service and know that it can be harsh but this place doesn't even deserve one star. If you're planning on spending your money here - look elsewhere. This place lacks customer service beyond belief. I went into Ski Haus in Framingham in December wanting to buy boots, skis, bindings, poles - the whole deal. Patrick, was the man who helped me, and if you're looking for someone to be enthusiastic and excited for you about your purchase, it's not him, he could care less about you as the customer. I should've known I made a bad decision when he told me they didn't have my size in the ski boots but to come back tomorrow after 12pm and they will have the boots there to be customized. I went back the next day and low and behold they did not have my boots and I was waiting there for about 30 minutes for them to figure that out. As I realize things happen, I said no problem, and came back the next day. They told me that the boots would feel "snug" and I would need to break them in. The boots ended up being way too small (for context, I'm a size 8/8.5 and they gave me a size 23.5 boot). The boots were so unbelievably small and painful that I physically could not ski in them. I ended up having to buy completely new boots on the ski trip I was on in my correct size (24.5). I then tried calling Ski Haus for a WEEK & A HALF asking them if there was any way that I could return the boots because they do not fit whatsoever. Every time I spoke with someone they told me that Patrick would call me back.... he never did. I finally got a hold of Patrick after 6 calls and was not shocked that he did not care whatsoever that he sold me boots that were not sized correctly. In fact, he told me he wasn't able to call me back for a week and a half because they were "buying for the next season". He told me that he would figure out what to do for me and would give me a call back the next day...... he never did. I called again. He answered and told me they would only be able to give me 50% of what I spent on the boots because they have a "Boot Fit Guarantee", which I can tell you and guarantee you that these boots did not fit. Typically I would've just accepted the miss of $350 but after the poor customer service and spending nearly $3k total on ski gear - I was peeved. If you're looking to buy ski gear - DO NOT GO HERE. Cannot believe these people are still in business given their lack of customer service. They lost my business, my family's business and if I can help it friend's business.

Went in a few weeks ago to purchase a new pair of snowboarding boots. The staff that had helped me at that time was great and really took the time to explain my options to me. Took them out my first weekend and they started cracking and breaking where the boa's are, just after 2 runs. Took them back in since I know this shouldn't be happening to a brand new pair of boots. Patrick and another employee immediately met my concerns with rudeness and proceeded to blame me for the issue. They proceeded to continue to blame me after I had assured them that I had not been using my boots to rest my board while on the lift (that is what they had blamed the break on) telling me that was definitely what had happened. After a bit of discussion, while continuing to be rude to both myself and my boyfriend, they said they would open a warrantee claim with Ride, who make the boot, and follow up with me. I never heard anything back from Patrick, even after following up myself. It had felt like I wasn't being valued as a customer and that my issues weren't a priority to the store and were just being blown off. I tried to file a warrantee claim with Ride myself, but unfortunately have to do it through the store. I still haven't heard anything back and still have a broken boot. After my first experience I was planning on returning but after the lack of customer service and the discourteous attitude I received from Patrick, I will be shopping either online or elsewhere when it comes time to replace my board and bindings later on in the season. I suggest you shop elsewhere as well.

We take every step to make sure our staff, our customers, and all families are safe in our environment. We request appointments for boot fitting and service drop offs to limit the number of people in our store at all times. We do hourly cleaning to sterilize all surfaces, again to keep all involved safe and healthy.
Sorry nothing used, but if it is kids equipment we have a trade program. Best thing to do would be bring him and all the equipment to our store and we will see what we can do.
Summit mounts for free if the bindings are purchased there
